Job Description:
We are looking for Business Development Executives who will be responsible for driving college sales by sourcing new clients/students, and by convincing existing clients/students to purchase added offerings.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
- Identifying new revenue opportunities
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation
- Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
- Collaborating with management on sales goals
- Support the team with other responsibilities as required
- Undertake miscellaneous tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
Qualification and Experience:
- Diploma, bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or any related field
- 3 years and more experience in sales for university/college or any related field
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Planning and time management skills
- Technology knowledge including Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Possess own transport with valid driving license
- Willing to travel frequently.
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic salary: starting from RM3,000 – RM5,000
